Hello !
I am an independent artist living in France. Drawing has always been part of my life and I naturally became an illustrator of my own stories.
I followed a scientist path for my studies and obtained my PhD in Neurobiology in November 2023. After this, I did a contract as a CNRS postdoctoral researcher before leaving to start a full time free-lance illustrator career.
My current goals are to collaborate with authors and editors to create novel covers and illustrated books on fantasy themed stories or fairy tales.
My favourite medium is watercolor for its authenticity and the unique effect it creates. I also use digital for my sketches to explore possibilities quickly without wasting paper ant to provide a flexible, quick workflow for my clients.
I draw my inspiration from what is surrounding me like Nature, music and photography, as well as pop culture and the vast fantasy imagerie.
